When Hurricane Zeta came through Canton, Georgia in October of 2020, it brought down many large, beautiful trees.  We were privileged to help a home owner salvage a large red oak.  We milled some of the logs into live edge slabs and others into 2 x 6’s for future projects.  The customer wound up selling the live edge slabs that were milled on Facebook marketplace.  With the money she made, she almost paid for our services that day!
