We enjoy turning logs from a customer’s property into live edge furniture.  The customer had the logs delivered to our property.  We first milled some of the logs into live edge slabs.  Then we used the sawmill to cut nice even bases for the slabs using other logs.  During the process, we also were able to mill a number of wooden cookies for the customer to use for certain upcoming art projects.  For a couple of benches, we were able to use our chainsaw mill to notch out mortises for the slabs to slide into, creating a very unique look for two of the benches.  Now she has a beautiful, large area for friends and family to gather around and enjoy the evening.  She plans on putting a large fire pit in the center.
